Happy New Year, Who What Wear readers! I'm thrilled to introduce our new
Styling on Bobby: Coach Moto Jacket ($1400); J.Crew sweater.
The past 12 months have provided some amazing fashion moments—and lucky for us, some of them were caught on video. As we approach the end of the year, we want to take a walk down memory lane and revisit some of 2017's fashion videos that went viral.
Some clips were hilarious, including Saturday Night Live's parody titled "Levi's Wokes" and Anna Wintour's segment on The Late Late Show With James Corden. Other videos captured epic pop culture moments like Taylor Swift's "Look What You Made Me Do" music video, which broke YouTube's record for the most views in 24 hours (and boasted Bulgari jewelry, a Balmain dress, and more). All in all, it's safe to say these videos are definitely worth re-watching for years to come.

As fashion girls, we might spend most of our time obsessing over current clothing trends and stalking our favorite accessories online, but we also lust over our fantasy closets on a regular basis. We dream about having all our handbags and shoes stacked just so, placing the perfect tufted ottoman in the right spot, and so on. Besides, chic closets are nearly as drool-worthy as the statement heels Victoria Beckham can't stop wearing.
That said, obtaining a perfect closet might seem like something in the distant future that requires an unlimited budget. However, there are a number of wallet-friendly ways you can start crafting your dream closet right now—including paying a visit to your local IKEA. The Swedish interior mega-retailer has a number of pre-designed closet spaces that are surprisingly chic.

Natasha Poly is a pro as far as posing—and makeup—are concerned, but that wasn’t always the case. While the model can list Gucci, Balmain, Prada, and an endless number of Vogue covers on her rĂ©sumĂ©, in the latest edition of Fashion Firsts, she reminds us that every successful journey hits a few bumps in the road.
Poly says that she was excited on the set of her very first French Vogue shoot, when she was just 18 years old—and apparently a smidgen too excited. "You’re smiling too much,” she remembers Steven Meisel saying to her. Of course, Poly got the shot in the end, not to mention she reached a huge career milestone when that final issue on French Vogue, with her face on the cover, landed in her hands. Watch on above as she recalls this major moment in her career.
Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez are one of the most endearing celebrity friends out there. They've been constant supporters of each other for the past decade, and of course 2017 is no exception. Today marks Swift's 28th birthday, so Gomez took to Instagram to celebrate the occasion with the sweetest words.
"I’m glad you were born," Gomez captioned her post. "You write all the thoughts some aren’t able to articulate. (ME!) Thank you for giving a voice to this world that is authentic and inspiring." Swift also posted a thank-you Instagram to all her fans for their well wishes. "I couldn’t have asked for a better year, all thanks to you," Swift told her fans. "Thanks for all the birthday wishes. Can’t wait to see what 28 will be like. See you on tour." Something tells us Swift's Reputation tour will be the hottest ticket in town next year.

Ugh, gift shopping, amirite? Unimaginative gift guides, crowded malls, and endless Google searches for “what to buy the person who has everything” are enough to make a girl wish she could curl up and hibernate until the start of the New Year. Because try as we might, we somehow still end up defaulting to yet another boring pendant necklace or—worse—an elaborately gift-wrapped candle.
This year, however, we’ve vowed to make holiday shopping not only bearable but actually fun. Which is why we ditched the traditional gift-guide method and created a short-and-sweet Mad Lib–style quiz designed to generate the perfect pieces from Marc Jacobs for all those super-special ladies in your life. We know what you’re thinking: Can it really be that easy?! We say it can—and we’re betting you’ll find a gem in here for yourself, too.
Fill in the Blanks Below
The Victoria’s Secret Angels have never been shy about what kind of items make a special gift for the holidays. We’re talking lace, silk, satin, and generally anything special for your and your SO's eyes only. But this holiday season, they’re sending a bit of a different message—wearing cozy sweaters. No wings, no lingerie.
“I would give everyone the power of understanding,” says Martha Hunt, with the help of Leomie Anderson. Compassion, communicating, love—these are the themes at the center ofthe VS models’ holiday wishes in their just released video, seen exclusively here first. “We might be from different cultures and different background, but we all deserve the same amount of respect," Anderson also succinctly states.
Sure, we're all for the fanfare of Angel wings and something extra special to wear, but it's even better to see these models standing up for something much more powerful than a present. Watch below for their complete holiday wishes.

Where in the world will Gucci go next? According to Fashionista, the Italian fashion house is headed to a town in Provence, France, on May 30, 2018—specifically the Alyscamps, one of the most well-known Roman necropolises of the ancient world, located just outside of Arles—for its Cruise 19 collection presentation.
The brand's creative director, Alessandro Michele, has frequently expressed his likeness of the classical style, filling his S/S 2018 show location with to-scale replicas of some of the period's most iconic sculptures. So next year's venue is a fitting choice with Michele's affinity for the era, which is sure to shine through the Cruise 19 collection.
The town of choice, Arles, has long inspired the artistic world, serving as the backdrop for famous works by Vincent Van Gogh and Paul Gauguin. We're counting down the days to this sure-to-be striking collection debut!

The cast of Stranger Things is extremely young, but they're already making names for themselves in fashion. Millie Bobby Brown looks ridiculously cute for every press appearance, and the boys of the cult TV show are no slouches, either. Finn Wolfhard, for instance, just landed a major new cover for Seventeen magazine's Mexico edition.
For the cover image, the budding style star wore every fashion girl's perfect outfit: a leather jacket with a graphic tee and jeans. In case there was any doubt, this outfit combo officially works for every age bracket out there. We have a feeling this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Stranger Things cast nabbing glossy covers—we'll definitely be on the lookout for more.
