Why This "Tricky" Skirt Is a Summer Staple

This past week, I took a quick trip across the California coast to Catalina Island—just a boat ride away from Los Angeles. For low-key beach vacations, I always plan my outfits ahead of time and pack light. I recently purchased this adorable Flynn Skye skirt and knew that it would be perfect for the a beachside look. The floral pattern is perfectly feminine and has a subtle romantic flair.

At first, I was thrown off by the longer length of the skirt, but after playing with it I found that the open slit makes it easier to wear that you'd think. Since I am on the petite side, I always keep an eye out for high-waisted items to wear with a heeled shoe, like these Loq sandals. Petite girls, take note! I grabbed a vintage bag (of course) as well as a woven sun hat, and I was off to dinner!

These Trends Won't Be Popular in 3 Months

We still have summer planted firmly in our minds. But as our favorite retailers are replacing lace dresses and crochet bikinis with over-the-knee boots and wool skirts, the idea of fall is slowly creeping in. For fashion editors, there is nothing quite as exciting as finally seeing the pieces that walked on the runways IRL and getting the chance to wear them. But which trends will matter most this fall and which popular summer pieces should we ditch?

Curious to find out, we tapped Lisa Aiken, retail fashion director of Net-a-Porter, to give us the inside scoop. Interested in finding out which popular pieces we will stop seeing this fall? Aiken shared two key trends she predicts will be fading in the next few months. First, she told Who What Wear, “We’ve seen a shift from off-the-shoulder to exaggerated sleeves.” That means it’s a good time to invest in tops with oversize cuffs and off-kilter proportions.

Next, she explained, “Fall is no longer all about the bomber. We’re seeing these styles share the stage with other trophy jackets such as the blazer, deconstructed denim jackets, and the trench.” Reinvented classics will be stealing the show for fall, so make room in your closet for these investment pieces.

But what else is on the horizon? Ahead, Lisa Aiken is breaking down the top six fall trends that you can start wearing now. Consider this your insider’s guide to fall shopping. Keep reading to find out every trend that will matter in the next three months.

This Celeb-Loved Brand Is Selling 636% More Than Last Year

Ever wonder what people are really adding to their virtual shopping carts? The Real Real is here to answer that question. WWD reported on the resale site's mid-year 2017 report, and the statistics offer a glimpse at the most coveted brands around. For instance, sales for Self-Portrait have risen 636% since last year, according to The Real Real's data.

It doesn't hurt that the brand has tons of celebrity fans, including the Middleton sisters. Pippa just wore Self-Portrait to Wimbledon earlier this month, while Kate wore a pretty white version last year. Head over to WWD to find out about the other brands that are selling like crazy on the resale site too.

Sales for This $3 Bra Just Increased by 5300% on Amazon

You probably already got the memo that Amazon shoppers love buying undergarments from the mega e-tailer, which comes as no surprise to us. The vast inventory and low prices are tough to beat. While perusing the site's Movers & Shakers page today, where Amazon displays its biggest gainers in sales rankings over the past 24 hours, we couldn't help but notice that the page, which is divided into categories and updated hourly, listed a $3 strapless bra which looked very familiar—the adhesive lace-up, push-up-style strapless bra has been trending on Instagram as of late.

We can't speak to the effectiveness of the reusable bra, originally introduced to the world by Sneaky Vaunt, but we can report that similar styles are currently all over Amazon, and shoppers are clearly convinced. With sales for this particular $3 version of this bra (the beige color) currently listed as having increased by over 5000% in the past 24 hours, plenty of shoppers are clearly willing to risk the mere $3 to give the viral backless and strapless bra a try (and so far it has only glowing reviews).

Shop it for yourself below, along with more strapless bras from Amazon!

The 2017 Versions of These Classic Nike Sneakers Are Unrecognizable

What do you get when you mix classic sneakers with summer sandals? Kate Middleton's Go-To Sneaker Brand Just Got a Fall Makeover

Whenever Kate Middleton isn’t in a pair of classic pumps, chances are high she might be sporting Superga sneakers. The duchess has worn her go-to sneakers on too many occasions to count, and she even shares her preference with the late Princess Diana. But would Middleton be drawn to the brand's latest collaboration with Luisa Via Roma? Well, that depends on how she feels about the ’90s.

The newest Superga styles not only look especially autumnal but also a bit retro. They are a part of LVR Editions, a collaboration project between the Italian concept store and e-commerce site Luisa Via Roma and major international brands such as Sergio Rossi and Dolce & Gabbana, and the new designs just arrived online. While the shoe’s velvet fabric already has a cool, slightly grungy vibe, what’s even more of a throwback are the sneakers' platform sole.

We can’t positively say we’ll soon see the Duchess in this version of her casual shoe of choice, but that’s no reason not to scoop up a pair for yourself. Scroll down to check out the Superga x LVR Editions’ styles in four perfect-for-fall colors.

Calling It: Every Fashion Girl Will Own This New Bag in 24 Hours

Not too long ago, our office caught wind of the adorable French-inspired bag brand, Bembien. To absolutely no one's surprise, so did the rest of the fashion community which was made apparent through the endless amounts of Instagrams featuring these picture-perfect woven handbags. Well, Bembien is back with another impressive bag style that is about to take over the fashion (and Insta) world yet again.

This new style is called the Sofia and according to the brand, "will sit more like a traditional shoulder bag (the strap is much shorter, kind of like a Chanel bag) unlike the cross body style of the Lily. The dimensions are more practical than our other styles (you can fit a full size wallet in it) and the design, as you can see, is a bit more intricate." Essentially, this bag can do it all, and it won't take the woven bag-obsessed community long to snatch up the new style, which is why we recommend purchasing yours sooner rather than later. With other popular styles like the Rose bag still currently sold out, we have no doubt that this fresh shape will follow suit.

This Victoria's Secret Model's Pretty Wedding Dress Was So Genius

While some brides opt to change into different dresses for their wedding receptions (à la Julianne Hough), with the right gown, all you need is a quick tweak to be dance floor–ready. Victoria's Secret and Sports Illustrated model Vita Sidorkina certainly had the right idea this weekend.

She just got married at the Duomo di Ravello in Italy, and her wedding dress featured one smart twist: It converted into a form-fitting dress. After the ceremony, she removed the entire statement-making skirt, revealing a sleek lace dress underneath. (Fellow model Arizona Muse also tested out the convertible idea at her own wedding in London.)

Whitney Port Gave Her Baby a Name That Was Most Popular in 2003

Congratulations to Whitney Port, who is officially a mom for the first time! She and her husband Tim Rosenman have welcomed a new baby boy, and she shared the exciting news on her Instagram. "Sonny Sanford Rosenman was born on 7/27/17!!" she captioned the photo. "Everyone is so happy and healthy and we are home now." According to the Social Security Administration, the name was most popular in 2003. Port posted more adorable photos and shared her thoughts about being a new mom in a blog post on her website

As you probably already know, there's been something of a baby boom for The Hills stars lately: Lauren Conrad gave birth to a boy named Liam earlier this month, and Heidi Montag is also pregnant. Here's hoping the new moms will be up for another reunion soon—who can resist some 2000s nostalgia?

Beyoncé Just Wore This New It Bag, Many Will Follow

In case you missed it, Beyoncé very recently gave birth to twins, but being the supportive big sister that she is, she didn't miss the opportunity to catch Solange's performance at the FYF Fest last week, a three-day music festival in downtown Los Angeles. And she was clearly feeling her look for the occasion, as she just took to her website to share it with the world.

Beyoncé's music festival outfit consisted of a nude-colored Johanna Ortiz sweater and fluted pencil skirt, along with platform Stella McCartney brogues. To top the look off, she carried the latest It bag from one of her favorite designers: Gucci. The bag in question is a chevron-quilted backpack emblazoned with the label's double G logo. It's available in five shades but Beyoncé opted for the millennial pink version.

You're probably thinking Did backpacks ever go away? While that's a fair question, they're undoubtedly going to be bigger than ever for fall, as the F/W 17 runways (e.g., Chanel, Fendi, Versace, and Ralph Lauren) were littered with them, and many retailers' new-arrival stock is currently filled with them. We're quite confident that Gucci's Beyoncé-approved iteration will be everywhere at the upcoming fashion weeks, as everything Alessandro Michele touches turns to gold.

3 Quotes From Blake Lively That Will Make Your Monday So Much Better

They're here—well, at least one of the first of them is. We're talking September issue covers—arguably the most important and influential magazine cover of the year, not to mention the issue your mail person dreads lugging around. And this morning, Glamour revealed that its 2017 cover star is none other than Blake Lively.

While Lively's no stranger to September issues, having covered magazines like Marie Claire and Lucky (RIP), this one marks her first as an actor and executive producer on her upcoming film project, The Husband's Secret. And though it's hard to not first notice the beautiful, natural photos in the accompanying shoot, including Lively wearing fall's most daring color trend—red, and lots of it—it's her interview that's worth taking note of. Particularly, the three quotes below that stood out to us.

Lively’s honest responses and feminist statements are just the kind of spark we could use to fire us up on a Monday. Read on below, and then click through to Glamour for the full feature.

Are These the Perfect Commuter Pants?

One of the surest ways to start the day off in a good mood—other than a strong cup of coffee, obviously—is picking an outfit that can stand up to your commute. If you've ever teetered your way down subway stairs in a pair of too-high heels or struggled to power walk in a pencil skirt, you know what I mean. Fortunately, there's a solution: gaucho pants. Styling the cropped, wide-leg pants with sneakers makes them thoroughly subway-friendly, while swapping those out for some high heels makes them suitable for the office.

Either way, they look polished and not overdone—and better yet, they're super comfy. Gauchos also happen to be an excellent all-weather style, despite what you might think considering the length. Wear them with ankle-hugging booties (which happen to be trending this fall) to show off your footwear during the colder months.

Read on to see four tips for styling the trend, and shop 13 pairs to wear for your commute and beyond.

All the Stores to Shop in NYC If You're a Gossip Girl Fan

Much to our dismay, Gossip Girl ended almost five years ago, but much to our delight, the characters' memorable fashion choices live on. You could even say that fashion and NYC were unofficial cast members of the show—hence the subject of this story. Thanks to the pack of ultra-stylish wealthy socialites featured on the series, New York City's illustrious retail scene was utilized to the fullest over the span of the show's five-year history, with many scenes using some of the city's most famous stores for its on-location shoots.

For the sake of nostalgia, we're taking a trip down memory lane (also known as Fifth Avenue) and have compiled some of the most noteworthy Gossip Girl shopping destinations where Serena, Blair, and the rest of the GG gang were regulars.

Read on to join us and shop our picks from each location. (And don't worry, they're much more 2017-approved than 2007-approved.)

How to Dress Like a Total Fashion Boss, à la Jenna Lyons

Even if your personal style doesn’t include a single print, bold color, or pair of jeans, there’s a lot to love about Jenna Lyons’s approach to dressing. From one fashion-loving individual to another, it’s hard not to appreciate the former president and creative director of J.Crew for her daring combinations, signature effortless uniforms, and ability to make everyday denim look sensational for any occasion—even the Met Gala. And if we have to narrow down all the adventurous, unexpected, and chic style moves she’s known for, we’d start with the 10 ahead.

Breaking down Lyons’s standout looks, we’ve outlined some of the rules she follows—or doesn’t follow—that make her ensembles constantly fresh, be it at fashion week, a red carpet event, or, well, wherever her next career move takes her. Even if some of these examples fall outside your own comfort zone, consider them a small nudge to try something you might not have otherwise. We find that our favorite fashion girls tend to have that effect on us.

Is This the New Way to Style Denim Shorts?

Classic denim shorts will never fail to be a summer staple, yet the ways we wear them shift from year to year. A classic pairing with a T-shirt is pretty much standard to get you through the hotter months, but fashion girls are known for opting for more creative stylings that take jean cutoffs from casual to statement-making. Hailey Baldwin is the latest to try her hand at upgrading the laid-back piece, stepping out in an unexpected ensemble over the weekend.

Baldwin paired her denim cutoffs with a full-length Dior knit complete with a repeating logo motif, and starched white Peter Pan collar and cuffs. The covered-up top provided a playful juxtaposition against the distressed bottoms, and Baldwin finished off the look with black combat boots and Vetements socks. Head below to see how Hailey Baldwin styles her denim shorts for summer.

The fanny pack used to be something of an athleisure staple—great for on the go and staying hands-free—but far from being accepted in the world of high fashion. Whether pulling double duty as a belt, thrown casually over the shoulder, or even held as a handbag, the fashion fanny pack is a surefire statement piece that recalls a certain '90s nostalgia while still appearing absolutely modern in its new leather renderings. Head below to see how fashion girls are bringing back the fanny pack.

A Victoria's Secret Model Swears By This One Photogenic Pose

When it comes to striking the perfect pose to look great in photos, there's no better expert to tap than a model. So when we were catching up with Chanel Iman at the Hudson Jeans Photo Booth at FYF Fest in L.A. last weekend, one of our burning questions was how she always looks so good and effortless in her photos. A pro at nailing the shot whether she's working or off duty, Iman spilled her go-to pose she swears works every time.

"I feel like every girl [looks good] when she looks over her shoulder," explains Iman. "It's a very flirty, sexy pose—and it works for everybody." A quick scroll through the Victoria's Secret model's Instagram proves this to be true, though admittedly she's mastered a range of poses. On the subject of selfies, Iman knows that good lighting and knowing your angles are what make the shot. "I do it to the left and look up," she admits. "It's all about the lighting really and the angle of where you position the camera on your face."

Head below to see Chanel Iman demonstrating her fail-safe—and universally flattering—pose at FYF Fest.

J.Crew Has the Prettiest Rose-Gold Stuff Right Now

This Is Why Elle Fanning Doesn't Wear Skinny Jeans

Skinny jeans are certainly ubiquitous in fashion—even the first lady of France and former first lady Michelle Obama have jumped on board with the casual staple. But Elle Fanning just might be the only 19-year-old who doesn't swear by them.

In a new interview with InStyle, Fanning explained why she's shunned skinny jeans. "I think I’m more partial to the 1970s [style]," she told the magazine. "I think that [style] works with the way I am … I don’t wear skinny jeans. Right now, there are these Balenciaga jeans that are cropped, and they’re kind of low but baggy. I keep wearing those over and over. And Acne jeans, I’ve always loved those." Are you anti–skinny jeans too? Tell us what you wear instead in the comments below.

Jackie Kennedy would have turned 88 years old today. Do you miss her iconic style? Us too. Luckily, she still lives on through her family members, including her granddaughter Rose Schlossberg who happens to bear a striking resemblance to the former first lady. The 29-year-old is one of Caroline Kennedy's three children and is a Harvard grad who launched own comedy web series. As for her style, judging from her rare public appearances, she has a penchant for one of Kennedy's wardrobe staples: the little black dress.

10 Items Every Fashion Blogger Will Have on Their Feeds

Welcome to our new shopping column, Add to Cart, where each week I'll be showcasing my favorite must-have products found within our new app, SHOP/Who What Wear.

Honestly, how is it that bloggers always look so cool? Some may argue that looking good is a part of the top-fashion-blogger job description, but in my opinion, it's a secret talent each possesses. The result of the two is always a killer outfit and covetable item, both of which I want.

So where can one get items destined for blogger fame? On the SHOP/Who What Wear app, of course, and it just so happens that our editors curated a collection of pieces we know are on some of the biggest fashion bloggers' shopping lists this season. From the It swimsuit of the summer to the top that will do your Instagram feed wonders, get ready to shop the items bloggers are destined to buy if they don't already own them.

These Under-$100 "Like a Birkenstock, but Pretty" Sandals Are a Hit

When Everlane first released its collection of comfortable yet sleek footbed sandals back in May, we were quick to report on how covetable they were. Soon after, they sold out in every size and color (as many new Everlane shoe releases do), but customers have spoken and the shoes are now available for pre-order in every color with an August 9 ship date.

When something sells out quickly, it's hard to ignore the crowd mentality–induced need to have the item in question simply because everyone else wants it. But the beauty of Everlane shoes is that they live up to the hype. The brand's $98 leather Form Sandals have almost five stars and nearly 130 reviews. And the $118 Form Crossover Sandals have almost 200 glowing reviews. That extent of customer satisfaction doesn't lie.

Lastly, if you want the "ugly-sandal" comfort without the less-than-appealing look, we'd recommend giving this pair a try. One reviewer even stated in their review, "Like a Birkenstock, but pretty." Well said.

Read on to shop Everlane's newly restocked Form Sandals!

Zara Just Endorsed the Sneakers You Haven't Worn in 20 Years

'90s kids know a thing or two about platform sneakers. The style, pioneered by The Spice Girls, Kate Moss, and more, was at the time a fashion-forward take on sportswear. Now, lifted styles are having a comeback, with trendsetters like Bella Hadid embracing the style in an ironically cool way. Now, fast fashion favorite Zara is proving the trend is here in a major way for Fall.

Still, while the lifted footwear may have earned the approval of current It girls, for those of us who survived the days of platform Sketchers and the like, it still feels a bit traumatizing to embrace the trend all over again. All it takes is one throwback photo of platform sneakers and zip off pants to give us a bit of pause. But, if you trust in Zara, you may just be convinced to shake off your fears and give the '90s trend a try.

Read on to see the Spice Girls showing off the style 20 years ago, then shop platform sneakers from Zara!

Experts Recommend This Really Easy Trick to Eliminate High Heel Pain

Finding a pair of heels that won't hurt your feet is as good as gold. Okay, not really, but it's pretty close. Luckily, you no longer have to pick and choose certain pairs based on comfort as experts found a life-changing hack that eliminates high heel pain altogether. The best part? It only costs a mere $4.

"Fans of the hack claim that simply taping your third and fourth toes together with medical tape (start counting from the big toe) can yield nearly eight hours of agony-free style, even in soaring stilettos," podiatrist and luxury footwear designer Joan Oloff told Footwear News. Taking a few minutes to do this simple step seems more than worth it, especially for those long nights out.

"It’s one of the easiest solutions to enhance comfort, it’s cost-effective and, yes, it does have some 'merit,'" Oloff said. She went on to explain that the nerves on your feet become "irritated" and "enlarged" resulting in the discomfort.

“This causes a bursa to surround the nerve and fill up with inflammatory tissue, causing pain. The most common nerve that gets irritated is the one that sits between the third and fourth toes, mainly because the toes spread apart when the tissues enlarge,” she added. “Because of this, taping one’s toes can remove some pressure from the nerve and inflamed tissues.”

Now that you're informed, grab a roll of medical tape and let nothing stop you from staying comfortable in the heels we picked out below.

Elizabeth Olsen and Aubrey Plaza Handled a Fashion Nightmare Like Pros

Maybe we’ve watched too many ’90s teen comedies, but the idea of showing up to a big event in the exact same outfit as someone else always sounded like a fashion nightmare. At the very least, it might have if the event you were going to was the prom (which happened to this editor, but hey, I’ve moved on). However, last night co-stars Elizabeth Olsen and Aubrey Plaza walked onto the same read carpet for the premiere of Ingrid Goes West and that very so-called nightmare occurred. How’d they handle it? Better than most, we’d say.

While Olsen and Plaza were practically identical head-to-toe, from their Marc Jacobs dress to their Sophia Webster pumps, the two took the twinning moment in stride. They pretended to fight for the red carpet cameras and then re-created prom poses. While we’re slightly suspicious if this was purely an accidental twin moment—you know, taking the actresses’ playful senses of humor into account—we enjoyed the scene nonetheless. After all, can’t we all agree this one-time faux pas is actually a very happy surprise?

Scroll down to see how Olsen and Plaza played out the accident… or the bit—you can decide.

How to Get Paint Off Your Jeans in 6 Easy Steps

It's one thing to buy your jeans pre–paint splattered or even DIY the look at home. That we can fully support. But if you unintentionally get some house paint on your new pair of Frame skinnies or smudge your favorite vintage Levi's with acrylic at a paint-and-sip event, you probably want to know how to get it off ASAP. Here's where we can help. Scroll below for the best way to remove water- and oil-based paint from your jeans.

Latex, Acrylic, or Other Water-Based Paints:

  • If the paint is still fresh, scrape off any excess with a knife or other utensil.
  • Dab the stained area with a towel soaked in warm water.
  • Soak the denim in isopropyl rubbing alcohol (something you should definitely keep on hand for first aid, cleaning electronics, and, yep, laundry).
  • Rub the fabric against itself, and then scrub it with a cleaning brush or toothbrush against the grain of the fabric, lifting as much of the paint off as possible.
  • Rinse the stain in warm water.
  • Toss the jeans in the washing machine, and wash alone in hot water.

In a pinch, you can also use dish soap, hand sanitizer, or hair spray. (The alcohol content in the latter two options helps break up the paint.)

Oil-Based Paints:

These are much trickier, and you should follow the directions on the back of the paint container because the appropriate solvent can vary, but you will likely need paint thinner or turpentine.

  • Lay the jeans out over a bucket or other container so the stain is facing the bottom.
  • Pour the paint thinner/turpentine on the back of the stain so it loosens from the fabric.
  • Rinse with warm water and repeat if necessary.
  • Launder alone in hot water.

Good luck!

Need a Going-Out Look? Try These Bralette Outfits

In theory, wearing an outfit that exposes a little bit (or a whole lot) of your favorite bralette would be easy to achieve, but the reality is that putting together an outfit that balances both the sultriness of a bralette and the class level you'd like to achieve is quite difficult. Most of the time, those previously described outfits refer to a going-out look, but with a little imagination, these bralette outfits can go beyond the confines of night-out attire as well. To assist us with this challenging wardrobe discrepancy, we are turning to a handful of celebrities who know how to nail a bralette outfit better than anyone we know.

Each of their tips for creating the perfect bralette outfit vary depending on the It girl—Kendall Jenner tends to go for more casual bralette ensembles while Kate Bosworth proves exposed lingerie can even be done tastefully enough for a cocktail event. Whichever way you've been looking to wear this risque trend, we promise you'll find what you're looking for among this slew of stylish celebrity bralette outfits.

Go on to see eight different bralette outfits you can re-create with ease and to shop our favorite bralettes on the market now.

We've Found It: The Secret to Not Dressing Like Everyone Else

I think my love for fashion started at a Little House on the Prairie cookout in the second grade. You may think that an 1800s–themed potluck isn’t the best place to glean outfit inspiration, and you’d definitely be right in that assumption. The school picnic tables were full of girls running around in braided pigtails and tiny white bonnets as their reluctant fathers stood grilling burgers in stained, worn button-downs and cheap cowboy hats—not exactly an NYFW kind of crowd. Despite the costumey atmosphere, I remember wanting nothing more than to wear my petticoat and high-neck folk dress to school every day after that. From a young age, I’ve always been more interested in pieces that reflect a larger aesthetic as opposed to fad accessories. In middle school, I never wanted silly bands or Kanye West shutter shades, but I remember buying an antique German apron at a flea market and living in it. I like to think that as I’ve grown, I’ve been able to hold onto the part of my personal style that is drawn toward unique, outfit-making items.

If you’re anything like me—which, maybe after my Little House of the Prairie spiel, you’ll be less inclined to think so—then deciding what to wear in the morning usually consists of scrolling through the “saved” images feature on Instagram and consulting some of my favorite bloggers for outfit inspiration. Although I will always love emulating blogger looks and appreciate the ease with which I can shop their exact clothes, I often feel as though I’m losing out on the creative aspects of fashion by merely “following the crowd.” This summer, it seems as if my Instagram feed has become a sea of Réalisation Par Alexandra dresses and Cult Gaia bags. So in an attempt to dress less trendily and more timelessly, I’ve turned to visual art for new sources of style inspiration.

The Flattering Summer Swimsuit You May Not Own Yet

It seems like every trip to the beach these days presents the same dilemma: bikini or one-piece? (To be fair, as far as dilemmas go, it's a good one to have.) But this summer, we propose an alternative: the monokini. Somewhere between a one-piece and a two-piece, this figure-flattering style features cutouts at the side and an open back.

Some, like the Solid & Striped version you see on Karlie Kloss above, feature a knotted middle and high-waisted bottoms while others may be skimpier or more covered up. Yes, there may be some interesting tan lines going on as a result, but in a summer where swimwear trends run the gamut from cap-sleeve bikinis to off-the-shoulder suits, who's afraid of those?

Below, shop 16 monokini styles to try this summer.

Every Girl in NYC Is Wearing This Outfit

We're about two thirds of the way through summer, and while some of us are still working out the kinks in our warm-weather wardrobes, others seem to have it locked down and then some. The latter group to which I'm referring is the practical-yet-stylish subsect of New York City women who, I've come to realize, know a thing or two about dressing for the weather in any season. I can say this because having moved to the Big Apple from L.A. myself not too long ago, on the warm summer days when I’m struggling to get it right, I also spent a lot of time noticing the women who do.

So just what is this warm-weather uniform I’ve seen literally everywhere? It’s actually quite simple and attainable: a midi dress and sandals or sneakers. Yep, that’s it. What makes it so good, we think, is that while your shoes say “practical,” your clothing is still saying “I tried,” and the combination strikes the perfect balance between comfort and style. While it might sound basic at first, until you see (and feel) the effects for yourself, you won’t know how good it is.

See some of our favorite NYC bloggers sporting the look, and then continue to shop our favorite midi dresses of the moment below.
