What was the It bag you wanted in the '90s? If it wasn't a Louis Vuitton Speedy, chances are it was probably Kate Spade's iconic Sam Bag. The square nylon bag—bedecked with a subtle designer logo, of course—was all the rage a couple decades ago, and now it's officially back.
"I think that bag started Kate Spade 25 years ago, but it's still relevant today," the brand's chief creative offer, Deborah Lloyd, told Glamour. "So many people that speak to you about that bag say, 'Oh my goodness, it was my first bag!' It became one of the first It bags." She told Glamour that fans "are always wanting to see the Sam back." Their wish is Kate Spade's command. Scroll down to shop the resurrected bag now.
Donatella Versace is the latest subject of Vogue's 73 Questions series. In the video, the Italian fashion designer offers up a glimpse into her lavish Milan home while spilling some (perhaps surprisingly) simple style secrets.
When the narrator asks her to choose between heels or flats, she responds with "What a question!" before answering with the obvious pick: heels. And the best thing about fashion? For Donatella, it's that it is always evolving and changing.
The designer also calls a pair of tight black pants the one wardrobe staple every woman should own, and when asked about a trend she hopes "never, ever" returns, she responds without hesitation: "minimalism." In other words, now's the time to take more style risks! Read on to watch the complete 73 Questions video starring Donatella Versace.

It was a busy night for soon-to-be parents of two, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. The always-stylish couple hit the red carpet (and ceremony) of the 60th annual Grammy Awards Sunday evening, with Teigen opting for a sequined silver Yanina Couture gown that showed off her growing baby bump—and she was glowing!
Since Teigen's sweet announcement revealing she was expecting baby number two, we've been eagerly awaiting for any more news surrounding the couple's second child—and we finally have some updates. Teigen took to Instagram to officially confirm the sex of the baby, posting a shot of herself at last night's ceremony with the caption, "Mama and her baby boy." Simple, but oh so cute. Celebrity kids entering the modeling world is certainly nothing new—take, for instance, Kaia Gerber, Hailey Baldwin, and Diddy's son Christian Combs. However, right now we found ourselves obsessed with one offspring in particular: Muhammad Ali's 19-year-old grandson, Biaggio Ali Walsh.
We discovered him thanks to a new interview with Vogue Hommes, and we were immediately intrigued. In addition to signing with Wilhelmina Models, he's also a college football player at the University of California, Berkeley. When asked what career he wants to pursue, however, Walsh told Vogue Hommes he has another idea: "I study cinema. To be honest, my dream would be to start my own production company with my brother, Nico," he told the magazine. Read on to see our favorite snaps from his Instagram.
Fridays are the perfect days to catch up on those nostalgic #TBTs that flood everyone's Instagram feeds the day before. And after combing through the hashtag, we found one post in particular that officially wins this week's Throwback Thursday.
Jessica Alba Instagrammed the cutest #TBT of herself and Jessica Biel back in the '90s when the two were, get this, Limited Too models—and the photo is epic. In the ski-inspired shoot, Alba is wearing a black sweatshirt with a matching black cap (both of which appear to be emblazoned with colorful snow boots), while Biel is modeling a bright yellow sweatshirt and jeans.
And as if the photo shoot wasn't already the cutest, there's another special story behind it—it was the first time Alba and Biel met each other. "#Tbt this was one of my only “real” modeling jobs. I met @jessicabiel , I think I was 12 or 13... maybe 14? It was for Limited Too which was a kids line connected to The Limited," Alba captioned the photo. How sweet! Read on to see the adorable (and nostalgic) #TBT photo of Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba.

Laverne Cox's latest cover just made history. The actress and LGBTQ advocate is featured on the front of Cosmopolitan's South Africa February issue (with the tagline #SayYesToLove), making her the first openly-transgender model to grace the publication's cover.
Laverne took the Instagram to document this groundbreaking moment, posting her gorgeous cover, along with the caption, "I am so honored and proud to cover the February issue of @cosmopolitansa." But as Cosmopolitan's South Africa points out, this isn't the first time the star has made history.
"She's made history as the first openly transgender person to be nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in the acting category, and she is also the first to have a wax figure of herself at Madame Tussauds, now in a GLOBAL first for COSMO she features as our incredible cover star! Get it, girl!" the publication writes on Instagram. See the history-making cover below, as well as a BTS video Cox shared on her Instagram.

Take a quick scroll through your Instagram feed. You're most likely following countless fashion bloggers and influencers, who, in some way or another, have an impact on your style choices and buying behavior. But as The Fashion Law reports, the rise of the so-called "fashion influencer" has also led to a "significant spike . . . in advertising law violations."
By law, it is required that social media posts that are "sponsored"—i.e., a result of a direct partnership between a brand and an influencer—must openly disclose that they are, in fact, ads. But as The Fashion Law also points out, several influencers reveal this information in a very covert way, and some fail to disclose it entirely, both of which violate the Federal Trade Commission Act.
Oftentimes, bloggers may covertly reveal that a post has been paid for by a brand in the hopes of making it appear more "authentic" to their followers. But according to Rachel Zeilic, associate VP of talent at Clique, this so-called "branded content" can, in fact, appear authentic if the influencer only accepts a product or service they would actually use in their everyday life.
"It's best for both the brand, as the authenticity of their influencer's endorsement will shine through, as well as the influencers, who always want to deliver valued content and maintain a relationship of trust with their audience," Zeilic explains.
But following these disclosure rules is not always easy. "The biggest challenge is keeping abreast of the rules, which are constantly changing," Zeilic says. "Most influencers are working either by themselves or in a very small team, and everyone has to wear a lot of different hats. There is no 'legal department,' so to speak, helping with compliance as there would be at say a traditional magazine."
But in an effort to highlight the bloggers who are abiding by federal advertising laws (and those who may not be doing such a good job), The Fashion Law compiled a list of the 25 most influential Instagram stars, ranking them from exemplary—those who "boasted the highest percentage of properly disclosed posts"—to least commendable. Read on to see which four influencers nabbed the top spots, and then head to The Fashion Law to check out the full report.
While gold jewelry has long been a standard among fashion girls, this season we’re seeing a shift. Right now, silver is making a comeback in a huge way. (Perhaps it’s the all the Western-inspired pieces we saw on the fall runways?) That said, there’s no doubt that silver pieces deserve a place in your jewelry box. Look no further than the cool-girl designs of Sophie Buhai and Jennifer Fisher for proof.
If you’ve gotten into silver lately and want to invest in a pair of architectural earrings, a pendant necklace, or a simple bangle, you’ll need to know how to clean it. This metal can quickly get tarnished and dull if it isn’t cleaned properly, but thankfully it’s easy to manage. Ahead, we’re breaking down three easy steps for cleaning silver jewelry. Write these steps down, and then shop our favorite silver jewelry pieces.
Dip the jewelry into a cleaning solution like Goddard’s Instant Jewelry Cleaner, and let it soak for one to two minutes.
Rinse the silver piece in warm water.
Use a soft cloth to gently blot the jewelry dry as you polish it.
Go on to shop some of our favorite silver jewelry pieces.

Like many of nature’s most destructive culprits, moths thrive on dark, dank, and not-so-clean environments. Warmth is another factor, and some areas may see a seasonal spike in the presence of moths. To get rid of clothes moths, first remove everything from your closet; then wipe down every surface and corner with a clean cloth. Launder all of your clothing while you allow the closet interior to thoroughly dry, after which it’s safe to put your clothing back inside. This step may be time-intensive, but if you’re not sure of the last time your closet was properly cleaned, it’s definitely worth the effort.
This tip is essential for higher-end items you don’t wear year-round (and to which moths are especially likely to be attracted), like that wool sweater you won’t see for another eight months. Use garment bags that zip to keep clothing protected, and opt for variations that are specifically designed to deter moths.
Not all hangers are created equal, and opting for cedar wood rather than plastic can be a helpful step in keeping moths at bay. As an added incentive, cedar hangers do a lovely job of smoothing shoulder lines on blouses, jackets, and sweaters.
No wardrobe is complete without a few fabulous vintage pieces, but be sure to thoroughly launder them before hanging them in the closet. Older clothing items are some of the worst offenders when it comes to dust and residual particles, which can create a breeding ground for clothes moths.
If all else fails, the best way to get rid of clothes moths may be to use an approved insecticide. Opt for a product specifically geared toward moths—ideally one that minimizes vapors, such as the No-Moth Closet Hanger. While this option may not be ideal for moth prevention, it’s a strong solution for addressing a current infestation—and a good method to try before calling in the fumigators.

Will you be chained to your desk until spring? You've been warned: The following photos will spark more than a little bit of FOMO. While the rest of us are grinding away on the 9-to-5 schedule, It girls like Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert and Danielle Bernstein are enjoying trips to amazing destinations like Switzerland and the Bahamas.
Luckily, their stylish Instagram accounts are veritable travel guides, giving us plenty of vacation itinerary ideas. Thanks to these six ladies, we know the buzziest new museum in Morocco, the most picturesque pool in Utah, the ideal beach swing in Costa Rica, and more. Read on to see which spots made our bucket list.
Italian editor and stylist Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert knows the best place to stay in Switzerland: the Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz. Whether it was staying cozy inside the hotel or hitting the slopes, leave it to her to look insanely stylish in freezing temperatures.
Feeling envious yet? Danielle Bernstein of We Wore What found the ultimate place to escape winter: The Cove Eleuthera in the Bahamas. She shared beautiful photos of her impeccable private villa and perfect beachside outfits, but we're especially jealous of this hammock situation. Can we join next time, Danielle?
Australian model Bree Warren showed off her chic bikini at the exclusive Amangiri resort in Utah, which you may have also spotted on Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's Instagram. The remote resort is designed to blend in with the surrounding desert landscape and offer first-class hospitality, so it's definitely on our list of dream destinations.
Chiara Ferragni took her baby bump to the most Instagrammable hotel in all of Morocco: La Mamounia. (Emily Ratajkowski is also a fan.) Between brunching and taking a dip in the hotel's stunning pool, Ferragni checked out Marrakech's new Yves Saint Laurent museum. Is that the perfect vacation itinerary or what?
Aerie model NiĂ lived the #puravida life at the Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo back in November. How cute are her Urban Outfitters top and Zara skirt? We're officially dying to book a trip to Costa Rica.
Model Jada Sezer spent New Year's Eve at the posh Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong. Fashion girls, listen up: The hotel has teamed up with Vestiaire Collective on the Voyage in Style package—among other perks, the package offers access to a dozen rare fashion items during your stay, including a 1970s Christian Dior minaudière and a limited-edition Hermès Kelly bag. Who could pass that up?
“Can you imagine? Free shopping at Chanel?” Angela Lindvall asks. Of course, the answer for most of us is “nope,” but we’re certainly game to imagine it as the iconic model recalls a few extra-special perks of her career, especially in the 2000s when her photos were quite ubiquitous.
While Lindvall also recounts a few of the special “first" milestones—her first Elle shoot in which she had to be helicoptered to set, her first fashion friend Gisele BĂĽndchen—these days she’s up to something just as exciting. In her first entrepreneurial experience, Lindvall has teamed for a collaboration with Article 22, a brand that repurposes metals from Vietnam War bombs and weapons to create beautiful jewelry with a peaceful message. Watch the video to see her design up close and hear more of her hard-to-imagine (but fun-to-dream-about) moments from her modeling career.
