Is it just us or does H&M keep getting better and better? The new arrivals have been drawing us in more than ever lately, and we couldn't help but notice how on-trend and deceptively expensive the selection has been looking (case in point: these jeans). This week was no exception when we spotted a bell-sleeve sweater that looked like it could've been straight out of the closet of a street style star.
The $50 navy sweater features a high ruffled neck and ribbed knit fabric (a detail to look for if you're seeking a pricey look without a high price tag). But it was the exaggerated bell shape accenting the end of the slim sleeves that gave the sweater a truly special feel. The directional style has been seen in recent collections from Céline, Derek Lam, and Ellery, but this is perhaps the best fast-fashion version of the trend that we've encountered. It's any wonder that H&M sold out of the new sweater in an instant—it would add a cool high-fashion feel to anything from jeans and loafers to a slip dress layered on top.
Here's hoping that it comes back in stock (H&M, are you listening?), but in the meantime, check out the sweater below and shop other new on-trend tops and sweaters from the retailer that we're coveting.
