Hailey Baldwin Can't Stop Wearing These Under-$200 Sock Boots

Ankle boots have long been a model off duty staple, and one particular iteration being favored by the catwalking pack is the sock boot. From the Yeezy rendition that put the fashion forward style on the map to Stuart Weitzman's classic take that have a celebrity cult following, sock boots are here to stay. Most sock boots come with a hefty price tag (the two formerly mentioned styles sell for over a thousand dollars and $575 and up respectively) but leave it to Hailey Baldwin to introduce us to a pair under $200.

Baldwin is a fan of the Tony Bianco Diddy Stretch Bootie, a black pointed-toe sock boot that sells for $161—hardly the tax of a new pair of Yeezys. The model first debuted her pair in July and has stepped out in the ankle boots twice in this past week alone. Most recently, she paired the sleek footwear with an unlikely ensemble of oversize graphic tee and loose-fit khaki pants rolled up to show off her boots. Two days earlier, Baldwin attended Karlie Kloss's 25th birthday wearing a decidedly less casual getup—a modern evening look made up of a long grey silk slip dress and her go-to sock boots.
