Hold On: Should We Start Wearing Neon Again?


The highly coveted Adidas Originals and Alexander Wang collaboration is showing no signs of slowing down. Case in point: The designer is back again with the second drop of the season two collection, which is officially available to shop come Saturday. 

The campaign images, shot by Juergen Teller, reveal the soon-to-be-released products (featuring some seriously neon-bright pieces) and uncover the identities of the masked cyclist we were introduced to in the first drop of the second season. "Stella Lucia, Selena Forrest, Sora Choi, Otis Giovanni, and Callum Mullin form a tribe the symbolizes a youthful spirit of freedom," the press release reads about the campaign's protagonists.

This season's newest collection consists of 36 pieces of unisex footwear and apparel, with a jacquard range featuring a lightweight, jersey fabric knit in solar yellow (Yes, Alexander Wang is officially bringing back neon), green night, and, of course, classic black. The "Alt Dimension" slogan featured on the first drop also reappears on a few pieces, this time emblazoned across track jackets and soccer jerseys.

Everything will be available for purchase on October 7 at over 140 retail stores, select Adidas Originals and Alexander Wang flagship locations, and online. So mark your calendars—this launch is sure to be a sell-out.
