In many ways, fashion TV seems like a thing of the past—there’s just nothing quite like the ‘90s classic House of Style today, nor are any current reality series as addictive as the ‘00s fashion-centric The Rachel Zoe Project or The City. But Holt Renfrew, Canada’s premiere luxury retailer, is hoping to change that with today’s announcement that they’ll be launching their own fashion channel on all Air Canada flights starting September 1st. Although the airline factor certainly makes for limited viewing, it is true that the majority of us get our TV fix while traveling these days.
