Tennis has Wimbledon, the NFL has the Super Bowl, but for those in our industry, it's New York Fashion Week that gets us talking. Yes, because of the looks walking down the runway, but also because it's the best time of year to showcase our own sartorial flair. While we each gravitate toward our own personal style, collectively the team tends toward elevated yet totally wearable looks, with an extra bit of flare (hello, little yellow The Row bag!).
The past week, the Who What Wear team touched down in New York City ready to hit the ground running in our favorite new pieces. Velvet booties were worn, sequin dresses shined on, and retro-inspired sunglasses kept us glare-free. Now that the craziness has come to a close (in NYC, at least), we can finally reflect fondly back on our signature looks from fashion week.
