It was Blair Waldorf who once adamantly said, "Tights are not pants". And while we'd undoubtedly agree, there's no denying that Victoria's Secret Angel Elsa Hosk just wore the chicest possible version of the pants-less trend. Instances of celebrities forgoing pants with their long tops or coats were a common occurrence in 2016, and the always-stylish Hosk's endorsement of the trend could indicate that it's indeed still going strong.
And what is it that made Hosk's pants-less outfit so stylish? It helps that she didn't go entirely bare-legged. She wore a pair of brown tights that coordinated with her thigh-length fur coat and to round it out, cinched the coat with a Gucci belt (still the reigning It accessory) and donned flat lace-up ankle boots. (By avoiding heels, the model kept the outfit out of scandalous territory.)
