I mean, how many other things can you say are It-girl-approved yet still comfortable, easy-to-layer, and totally functional? Not many, right? For this reason, and more, we knew this trend wouldn't be going anywhere any time soon, and subsequently knew we had to make our own version. Enter: our deconstructed hoodie for Target.
