Today thousands gathered in the nation's capital for the Women's March on Washington—as well as marches all over the world—to lend our voices to change and find strength in our solidarity. As women unite to stand up for equality, civil rights, and justice—we're making history and setting the stage for the kind of future we desire to live in. In the aftermath of saying farewell to the Obamas as our First Family, marchers have committed to continuing to instill their values. Women, and men, young and old and from all walks of life came together for a united cause. Celebrities came out to speak, perform, and march alongside everyone else.
