Despite her royal title, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has been known to don affordable items on repeat occasions, including pieces from Zara, Topshop, and the Gap, but her jewels are usually a whole other story. She does, after all, have Queen Elizabeths and Princess Diana's heirloom gems at her disposal. But this evening at the opening night of a West End production and fundraising gala for London's East Anglia Children's Hospice, Middleton chose to swap out her usual baubles for a statement-making pair of $98 Kate Spade earrings. The dark red tassel earrings matched both her tea-length Marchesa dress and her Gianvito Rossi pumps to a T.
Not only are the wallet-friendly earrings royalty-approved, they also happen to have a 5-star rating, with shoppers applauding how fun and compliment-worthy they are. Given the Middleton stamp of approval, we think it's safe to say that they won't be in stock for much longer.
