Calling It: You're Looking At 2017's Version of the Choker

There was much to gaze upon at Donatella Versace's Versus show in London this weekend. Both Bella and Gigi Hadid stalked the strobe-lit warehouse-style runway like the fashion panthers they are. The crowd were club-ready: Dressed to the nines and looking for a party. Tinie Tempah enjoying chat with Natalie Massanet (who knew?) and flash bulbs popped over the many celebs like Jourdan Dunn, Daisy Lowe, and Ellie Goulding filling out the front row.

Then there were the distractingly slashed-to-there skirts, a want-it-so-badly pink puffer coat, skin-tight leathers, and some angry lace-up boots that came in varying lengths and made everything look that little bit tougher. Those have been shortlisted, but the #1 fashion takeaway we will be adopting without delay is the brand's new take on the choker.
