Fashion and motocross may not seem to go hand and hand, but last night at Rihanna's Fenty x Puma runway show, mountains of pink sand and bikers jumping across the runway space served as the backdrop to a colorful collection. Models walked down the runway in plenty of spandex, with bolts of neon colors throughout.
But, one detail that caught our eye especially, was of course, the footwear. Given the longstanding success of Rihanna's sneakers, it's no surprise that once again the singer-and-designer is bringing back a new take on them. But, when it comes to heels, Rihanna is taking us to the beach, showing off a range of flip-flop style sandals. Some, have distinctive ankle cuffs bearing the brand's name, while others are simple slide-ons. Lately, it seems this "ugly" footwear has been on the up-and-up again among the fashion crowd. And now, you can transition these casual sandals into night, all thanks to Rihanna.
