Today, Vetements debuted their men's and women's Fall 2017 collection in Paris, revealing not only a slew of stereotypically driven characters, but also a certain skinny jean style that we predict will get praise left and right from street style stars and celebrities alike. These skinny jeans combine two of your wardrobe workhorses into one—skinny jeans and ankle boots. This streamline and unusual silhouette is definitely one for the fashion risk-taker, falling in direct alignment with the brand's overall aesthetic, no?
While we can see It-girls such as Pernille Teisbaek and Gilda Ambrosio parading these new Vetements skinny jeans around fashion week and beyond, we feel their ground-breaking debut will likely be on one of the Kardashian sisters (specifically Kim, Kendall, or Kylie) as they already have a penchant towards the buzzy brand. Throughout the show, we saw the style on a few models, two in denim, and the other in a spandex material resembling that of leggings. Does this mean there could also be a new legging style on the horizon à la Vetements? Only time will tell.
