We all know French women have that certain 'je ne sais quoi', well I think I found the secret to that certain something with this $28 top. As we've mentioned, one of the key pieces to pulling off a Parisian-inspired look is a crisp white top. When I styled the below ruffled button-down with my favorite denim shorts, I felt very French. The ruffles gave my look a feminine feel and then cap-toe sling-backs balances out my high-rise cut offs.
